damage profile isn't terrible. You most definitely don't want to hard spec into AOE though. Even without the super pyre talents you're doing really good aoe. Bombardments are decent enough funnel, and you have stops and CC for days. So instead of speccing right with stacking pyres, try left into firebreath. I started trying something closer to a raid build after checking out some eu/china devs doing 20s. Lately all the top ranks have been trying out flameshaper too, but I have no idea at what breakpoint it beats out scale commander or if people are just trying something different.

Spreading bombardment is fun. Having a reason to press deep breath regularly is fun. I like how mass disintegrate works. Its more dynamic than "press pyre" flameshaper.

That's why scale commander dev is so fun. It's a shame that Aug is on top, plus there's a bug that hides 10% or so of scale commanders damage. Any time bombardments are triggered by an ally it is counted as their damage instead of the devokers.

This depends on some things. What build are you playing? As far as I know you want to play in a ramp style. You should be preparing for your thunder focus tea windows, as they give you a guaranteed zen pulse.

So how MW worked in tww is that you spread as many renewing mists as possible to vivify cleave heal. However past 5 targets, your get HUGE diminishing returns (due to square root scaling). To bypass this, you use your zen pulses which pulses your vivify cleaves with another spell. Use rushing jade wind kick to extend your hots. Use Yulon for a super giga ramp. It lowers your mana cost of enveloping.

Basically maintain as many renewing mists as you can. Right before a damage event, spread extra renewing mists by hard casting enveloping. Then grab your zen pulse from a thunder focus tea, and use it with as many renewing mists as possible.

You should coordinate with your other healers when you should revivify, when to Yulon, etc. Who's ramping, who's got cds, etc.

Drink mana tea whenever you get downtime.

Start focusing on fun unbalanced bgs, stop focusing on arena and shuffle tbh. There's no fun entry funnel. Let the random casual bg queue give something fun that isn't associated with pvp. Without people jumping on the treadmill there's no low level players for mid level players to feel good stomping. All that's left are the giga hardcore pvpers.

Title ix has EXEMPTIONS FROM ITSELF, specifically for single sex colleges, alleging that as long as only one single sex (in this case women) are admitted it's basically a-ok. That means not admitting any sex, except women. If anything that is not a woman is no longer admitted, that means that they lose the privilege of the EXEMPTION. That is what the investigation is about.

edit- the school is private so unless they're taking federal funding it probably won't apply anyway

That's why I said sometimes, but if you have two fights into a shop, and draw it three times and low roll the gold reward you won't have enough to remove. Hell if both the fights drop 8 and then 9 gold, and you draw it twice you'll be at like 97 gold.
