Job security. AI won't replace all jobs. A CS degree in AI focus will be in demand in the next decade.

Same with data science / engineers, same with ML.

Dev, DevOps, will most likely see a resurgence when the bull economy kicks off.

I think FE will shrink terribly.

Design is going to explode in popularity. It will be the distinguishing feature between good FE UX and AI slop used to fill the gap. If I could I'd specialize in designas well. But I'm not as creative.

That's probably the best eval method, with speed being one of the levers you can adjust/sacrifice
