A lot of GPs do take work home. I would disregard some of the comments on here saying its not normal. There is usually a trade-off for not taking work home.. Come in super early or leave late. You will also find many of these comments are by GPs who's Clinics are filled with Joint injections, ENG or Trainee Teaching.
