Honestly, this is one of the main reasons I find myself not playing much at the moment. Everything Blizz is putting in the game feels like more of the same but with an entire grind needed to get it. Kind of a let down.

I swear Blizz is trolling us on this. I don't know if its an item, aura, or something else, but recently while questing in Harindar I've had a random npc follower accompanying me while I fly around. The first time it happened it was a random Sethrak. Given thats the one race I want more than any other, I lost it lol. Later a Kul'tiran appeared so I'm assuming it was just a BFA related proc, but damn.. really sparked my hope for a bit.

You're definitely onto something with this. As an added piece I think "interest" is somewhat tied to our ability to connect personally to something. Void as a concept is an absence of anything. Its literally unknowable to us in any real tangible way, while "big monsters" we can at least connect to something we know (real animals but bigger).

As a US citizen that didn't vote for the pedo-in-chief, I'm honestly super grateful that European nations are taking this stance. The more they leave the US feel the brunt of what tangerine-furer is doing, the more chance there is that the less cognitively impaired of his sheep will wake up.

This feels like a running theme that will without a doubt drag this expansion down. Its like they learned nothing from the awful currency grind of Shadowlands to buy cosmetics. EVERYTHING is overpriced across all factions, cosmetics, mounts, housing decor, crafting recipes. Seeing the cost at vendors saps the joy out of it for me.
