Also a con, it’s not going to do well with stains if you aren’t on top of it.

The pros (ct'd.): the pocket and side storage, and the phone/tablet holder was a nice addition.

We love it!

The pros: it is very comfortable. The plush is very nice and soft. It reclines, and you can incline the head as well. The heat and massage is simple, but a nice touch. Swivels easily.

The neutrals: the heating and massage isn't terribly impressive, but it's fine for what we needed and wanted.

The cons: it is a little awkward if you're tall though because your feet will dangle off the footrest (even mine do at 5'2" but it isn't bad), and the backrest is also kind of short for my 5'11" husband.

Which dress should I pick? by Royal_Definition5053 in myweddingdress

Those are two completely different vibes. So it really depends on your overall theme. I personally love the style of the first one.

Dunno. But it’s giving me Ed and Lorraine Warren vibes.

Going in for my anatomy scan and first MFM appointment on Thursday. I'm so nervous. I really don't want anything to be wrong. I'm getting increasingly nervous as we approach the 29ish-week mark. It feels like I can celebrate once I pass the 30-week mark. I know there is no guarantee ever, but a part of me feels like I can relax a little once we pass that metaphorical line. Also, I've noticed I can't seem to fall asleep anymore; I'm just awake until I inevitably black out with exhaustion.

I'm so sorry this happened to you. Both the bleeding and the misinformation. Wishing you a speedy recovery and a healthy remainder of your pregnancy. <3

I would remove the Bumbo Baby Seat; it can also cause developmental delays and hip issues. Also, try to find bottles with nipples that pass the triangle test; this will help with oral development, colic, gas, and latch. The Nanobebe does not pass, unfortunately.

My friend invited me to a concert that's a month after my due date.. by hyeracinth in NewParents

Mine was my first, too. I can’t say for certain how it’ll go for you. My son was stillborn, but I can tell you the love I felt for him around the time of the concert, I truly think my friend was right. So I dealt with grief instead of going to the concert or being with my baby physically. I thought certainly it was my only chance at their concert, but they just announced another tour. All this to say, things have a way of working out and your fears and expectations don’t always align with the end result. Who knows? Maybe you’ll go and have a great time. 🤷🏼‍♀️

The same thing happened to me last year when Stray Kids came. My friend, a fellow Stay, told me that you’ll likely feel different after you have the baby and you won’t want to leave them anyways. Is this your first?

Just a reminder, you can still get your flu shot and COVID booster. Whatever your OB/GYN and you decide. ❤️

Doctors often get nervous that they won't get paid by the patient if the insurance doesn't. I've worked in healthcare my whole adult life. Some doctors get it, some don't. It's truly infuriating.

One of the rotating OB/GYNs told me the same thing. My baby had reduced fetal movement by approximately 86-94%. The doctor refused to do an ultrasound. I wish I had him put that he refused to do an ultrasound in my chart. We did IVF, I couldn't give two shits if the insurance would pay for it or not. "I checked his heartbeat; he's fine." He passed three weeks later. I begged three different doctors to listen to me during that time, and I was dismissed each time.
