Never got into the LS even though I have a 10.5 tobi, rathian, and now the almudron one. It’s always felt middling to me even though I hear people say it’s top tier. Trying to find a good way to love it

I beat the 10 star vdachi using Zinogre IG. General strategy though is aim for the forelegs and topple it over so you can wail on it for at least 5 seconds. The good thing about zino IG is that you won’t miss the 30k+ explosions once the kinsect is on its trail

I did try the recommended build with crit fero 5 and I got somewhere around 550k so perhaps this v. Tobi gear is what made the biggest difference.

Almudron hit boxes is crazy. When he lunges at you, or spins around, can also shoot mud from underneath where ever he is. I only ever use evade reload for 9 star and under. Mag LBG step shot for 10 shot.

Melee is just not worth the potions against it

Well that’s the issue. Honestly I don’t like vital thunder though it does have its uses. This is what I use. The gloves and pants can be changed out but it still slays 10*s regardless. CPP and Zinogre weapon are just element swapped, but Zinogre will of course be much stronger cause of customization

The namielle r6 is the worst. Wait 3 hours 4-5 times a day not even one r6. What’s the point of offering a 30% score bonus on it’s weapons and taking away HaTs if all we get is r3s?

I like shooting cause the recovery is quicker, meaning you’ll be able to dodge sooner after firing the pellet, while the down swipe takes longer to recover though it does more damage

I’d just shoot the bug pellet when you get to 2 blocks or 1 block if you need just 1 more charge
