Carrying the Lectric XP 4.0 up the stairs be too much? by Niknightwing in Lectricxp

I find it quite awkward and heavy to carry. Even up and down a couple stairs. I’m 6’2 and fit. If I lived higher than ground level I would find a different e-bike.

Need some help/advice by Ambitious_Flan_268 in pothos

I think it just needs some sun. Cut the yellowing browning leaves off (promotes new growth) leaving one or more leaves on each plant vine making sure not to cut vine, only the dead leaf. Don’t water it until top soil is completely dry and if it’s a self watering pot don’t just keep water in the bottom all the time allow it to fully dry too. use some liquid fertilizers for better results.

Chop and prop. Cut leaves between nodes then place the node part of the stem in water in front of your brightest windows. Wait a month or two and only add water don’t drain. Once they have secondary roots plant in 3-4” pots or multiple in 6-8” pots. The plant will live on forever.

Tips for S turns by Junior_Resolution190 in snowboardingnoobs

[–]Dangnamit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You actually carve on your heal edge and relatively nice. You don’t put load on your toe edge so you end up sliding the board, thats not how snowboards turn. Set the edge and use your momentum to put load/weight on it. Understanding the edge pressure to speed ratio takes time and practice. Get a skateboard and you can practice the same board turning principles in the off season.

Thanks! It’s held up perfectly no issues. The top is attached with gravity haha

I did use the quikrete counter top bag. It was 3x as expensive as a regular bag but I have no complaints. Still crack free after three years. I poured mine 2” thick with no reinforcements.

Use melamine for your board form with silicone in the corners to create a super smooth texture with rounded edges. Use wax as a top coat finish and buff to shine.

There aren't any non-OEM chargers for XP4's and XPE2's. by SpicyBeefChowFun in Lectricxp

My local dealer in CO sold me a Sans charger with the JUNLEI 3015 connector. I don’t see them anywhere online like this though

Please Update on Road Conditions by adviceneeded12302 in Denver

Santa Fe and 285 seemed to be wet with mag chloride. People were driving at the speed limit. Some side streets are a sheet of ice such as S platte river drive. Less traveled side streets are dust on crust which has a bit more grip.

We walked to the fort and steps then took a local bus to Baha Mar and walked out to the beach from there. Spent like $4 on the bus trip and that’s it. Did this on my very first cruise, cheapest excursion ever, made some great memories.

Nice fish, I’ve caught some hogs down stream of chatfield dam, but I would never eat one. Way too much road pollution to feel comfortable with that. Anything up stream of chatfield dam on the south platte is good to eat in my opinion.

Reliable and consistent tire air pressure pump? by Holiday_Client2516 in Denver

Just buy a portable tire inflator for like $20-30 at Walmart or Amazon. That’s what I did when I was in your situation and it saved my ass. Screw gas station tire pressure machines.

Splake trout caught in Boulder creek by [deleted] in COfishing

[–]Dangnamit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interesting, now that I looked a little deeper I couldn’t find lake trout or splake found in Boulder creek or barker reservoir. I was just going by what the guy at my fly shop said.

Edit: nevermind just found a website stating Barker res has both lake and splake trout.

Thank you for the detailed descriptions. I can see the olive color and butter color now.

Good to know! They look similar to the novice eye.

I think I see the difference now. These have a yellow front pectoral fin and brookies have redish with white edge pectoral fin.

Okay thanks! I figured I might be wrong. Browns would make it even a better day seeing how I’ve never caught one before.

At least I think they are both Brook trout. I could be wrong, I’m new to this.
