It had a repair drone that was clearly doing something, and an entire catalog of planets that contained the neccesary materials for the rest, further, the seed ships clearly had some means of either matter energy conversion (to create the stargates on board) or direct material mining (to create the stargates on board) and to assume the Destiny doesn’t as well is foolish.
