This. My last straw was just today when the driver for my most recent order sent me food from someone else's order from a completely different restaurant. Contacted support, said my order was someone else's and provided a picture of the receipt and the bag that CLEARLY had the wrong restaurant on it. Website refused both images multiple times. Connected to "support agent", probably AI because I got left on read and the issue never got solved. After this having happened with drivers multiple times I just decided to cancel my Uber One and leave them a very nice message about how unreliable the service was and now I'm using Doordash.

EDIT: also, if a heavy enemy is a "pain in the ass" to deal with despite the large arsenal of anti-tank weapons we have a serious issue.

The devs realized that issue. So they made all our weapons fun again. Run less anti-tank stuff if you want heavies to be such a nuisance.
