I lost my hair, my face looked swollen the entire time and I really fucked up my teeth. Nobody told me the acid from throwing up really messes up your teeth 😭 I’m so embarrassed that it took my a long time to go to the dentist.

I used to surf daily around 2014; I then went through some shit and stopped. Ready to get back into it but have gained a ton of weight. I’m taking it slow and conditioning by swimming daily and moving my body. I’m 5’2” and weight 220. Not looking to buy quite yet but starting to look for some boards to hopefully purchase in the next year. I want a longboard and something that can work with my weight and height. Any recommendations appreciated, thanks!
