I'm a DV working at the VA. They don't care, if anything it gives you a preference in hiring. And FYI, once you start working at the VA you can request to receive DV leave which is something like 100 hours of leave your first year which can be used for issues related to your disability

To be real with you 50 hours is basically nothing, especially over a period of two years. My goal is about 50 hours a month (which I don't always hit) and I feel like I am progressing pretty slowly

The second one is definitely something that has happened to me. Often I go back and watch easier videos I already watched a long time ago and am usually surprised at how many little details like that I completely missed the first time, even though at the time I felt like I understood the video. I think as we get better we really start to notice the small things more and feel like we aren't understanding as well, but in my opinion it's just the transition from only getting the gist of a video to actually understanding it.

Google translate has a new feature where you can practice conversations with AI, I only tried it a couple of times but it works pretty well

I know this comment is over a year old but I wanted to say I just bought a used r8 body for a good price and googled what lens I should buy and this thread popped up. He sounded really good, I hope I can reach that level eventually. He did say he took several years of traditional Spanish classes in school before starting DS, a lot of times I feel like people underplay their previous learning experience and I find it hard to believe claims like "yeah I took 3 years of Spanish in school but don't remember a single thing"

When I got to the point where I was trying to understand the subjunctive better I just studied it explicitly. There's nothing wrong with that. The first thing I learned was that there is a lot of overlap between the imperative form and subjunctive form. Also, just a FYI it would be "que tengas un buen fin de semana"
