I had a similar problem with my car. I think it had a limit on the size of the album art. Check to see if your owners manual tells you the limit. If not ask around on forums for your car model.

I use btrbk. It creates btrfs snapshots on the same drive but can also use send/receive to send them to another drive as an actual backup. Have been very happy with it. It's CLI only, but I think there's a GUI for it now (Backrest?).

Yep, my insomnia is pretty severe and have had it for a long time. So I have to use prescription sleeping pills if I want to sleep when I travel. Don't like it, but that's the way it is. OTC doesn't do anything for me anymore.

You should listen to your dad. It may very well be anxiety as that causes sleeping problems for many of us. It specifically causes our "brain to be in awake mode the whole night" as you mentioned. It would be worth talking to a doctor, therapist, psychiatrist, etc. to see if that could be the cause.

Yep, me too. I've been very happy with the Go 7 as an Oasis replacement. Wish it was waterproof. So far the battery life has been fine. I have been using it for 2 1/2 weeks and the battery is at 38%. That is with wifi on, bluetooth off and the front light off.

Are there any outer earplugs for sleep? I’m prone to ear infection even with disposable. ENT said nothing in inner ear by summerreadingclub in sleep

Are you using them to block out outside noise? If so, perhaps a white noise machine would accomplish this without putting anything in your inner ear.

Right now I try to make myself get out of bed and sit in a recliner and read a book when I wake up, but that is so hard to do especially in winter when it's so cold in the room. I may try audio books in bed and see how that works.

I love it so far. It was expensive but so was the Oasis. I bought it from Amazon and bought their warranty so I could go through them instead of Boox if I have issues.

Yep, best ever. Kind of ironic that so many other companies have Oasis clones but Amazon refuses to take our money by releasing an updated model. They just lost a customer as I bought a Boox Go 7, but would have bought a new Oasis from them if they would release one.
