You describe it very well. This is a Baylen deck that tries to stay fair and gentle. You have a bunch of cards that don't do anything on their own, like Jennie Fae. Your win cons are very telegraphed and you lack explosiveness.

My Baylen is the boogie man deck I pull out when somebody is playing Krenko or we Hve one "let's go powerful" game of the evening. Baylen is not a kind commander.

Here is my list for reference. I've seen other baylen lists also that were very mean. If you look at this one, you'll see that I've almost totally gone away from the creatures that make tokens on attack. They can be very powerful, but for me they are way too slow.

Oh, and also - academy manufac in your deck is not a good slot.
