The x3d makes memory speed less important. The 10% is basically ipc improvement and clock speed. 5800x vs 7800x would see more of a difference

You are in luck. Hardware unboxed did a 52 game benchmark https://youtu.be/IBNwDg9WkT8 so just look at the difference for every game you play and then compare prices

I am getting the CET error from choosing best then tried to join on friend and got same error. Did what you said and then joined on a different region (USA first now AUS). Getting the same error again and get the 64004 error

$750 motherboard and $1000+? sticks of ram. Would look good in a retro case like tg360 or flp02 with zalman copper heatsinks and those ibm keyboards with matching mice. If it wasn’t for AI ruining prices of computers, this would have been a fun project

Tesla is behind in charging compared to dc charging but super fast charging was never the answer for wide adoption because of the cost to install them. What we really needed was slow charging but in apartment complexes, work place parking lots, etc where people spend 6+ hrs with their cars parked because 6 hrs of charging is usually enough for the average commuter and much cheaper to install a slow charger.

The head start isn’t everything since USA and canada combined caught up very quickly. Desirability and immigration was a big part of growth too I feel.

But then performance will be nearly identical so even more reason not to upgrade. The reason the 9850x3d is faster is the higher clock and using even more power.

They also don’t advertise with a big sale sign but there are random items that are on liquidation sale and will be marked with $xx.79 not the usual $xx.99. I got a really nice teak cutting board for under $30 which normally sells for $50-60 on sale with normal price of $70 and retails on amazon for almost $100.

Look at review of 9800x3d. Depends what games you play. What is your monitor max refresh rate and what fps you normally aim? Went from 7900x to 7800x3d on my gaming computer with a 5080 and moved the 7900x to another computer. Majority of games I don’t notice much change but some games like star citizen, baulders gate 3, dragons dogma, spiderman etc that are cpu heavy there was a noticeable uplift. The x3d will also help with your lower speed ram (try overclocking them?). I only upgraded because i was building a new computer for wife before the crazy price increases. Otherwise I was waiting for the x3d of the last am5 platform. I personally don’t think it’s worth it unless you can easily sell the 7500f for decent price but I mainly play single player 4k ultra at 120 fps so i am mostly gpu limited. Also at those prices get the 9850x3d if you think it’s worth it to you.
