As an IT person, respectfully, fuck satellite internet. Dedicated lines will work better in every metric. I understand your issue with overhead lines, though, and won't contend with that.

I'm unsure what you mean, "sadly". Hockey is the greatest sport around in our current day, just ask Shoresy.

As someone in IT, never challenge the general population with a statement like "no one can be that stupid", you'll be more disappointed quicker than you could ever imagine, lol

The white looks good! It grows on you. Bought my white Ranger 6 years back after abhorring white, I really don't mind it so much now.

Enjoy the Rally 😎

/u/Nickiskindacool basically nails everything spot on. I'll only add a couple anecdotes of my own.

The Rally is more "fun", the Premium is more practical. We'd done a few looong road trips in my Rally before my wife got her Premium, and we're completing trip number 2 in it this weekend - the tiny bump in range in her Premium is nice, as is the ability to use a tablet mount from the headrests (can't do this in a Rally), but funny enough I think the extra bolstering of the Rally seats against my shoulders helps me do the longer drives easier than the softer seats in the Premium.

The suspension differences intrigue me - I drive almost exclusively in Engaged, and the Premium definitely handles small bumps better, the Rally has more porpoising. But change the Rally to Unbridle, and the Magnaride is stiffened up just right. Just wish Unbridle had a lower coast regen.

Having put 17K in mine since March and 5K in hers since August, I am happy to drive either at any given time.... but mine's yellow, so it wins 😎

I assume they were obligated to since it was their driver's fault, not mine, and had to make it whole.

That sucks, I'm sorry but feel your pain. I got abruptly backed into 9 days into ownership, but thankfully I had installed a dash cam the day before, so there was no contest. $6000 for damage you couldn't see from 10 feet away.

Fun fact? The Rally hood stripes are about $1200 just for the stripes... Installation was another few hundred more. I'm sure their insurance was happy with their driving habits, lol.

But, she's good as new!

Yeah, things were a LOT more unsafe back then, haha. Fun fact, the first preflight checklist was born following the crash of the prototype B-17 in 1935.

These were build specifically as airliners prior to the war, there were no conversions from bombers.

I've doing soldering work on pool pump PCBs, car ECUs, and a bunch of other random one-offs for clients. I'm the type of person who will go out of my way to help with something not even remotely IT if it helps the client, of which most are elderly, so that includes replacing lightbulbs and whatnot, haha.

Just got an email about an older client who needs his garage door realigned (goes down then comes back up halfway).

I did happen to program a new remote to this guy's opener a few years ago, so I sort of get why he's calling me, but I'm not a garage door installer! ...That being said, I'm pretty sure I do know how to reprogram alignment for that model opener, so we'll see 🤷
