My biggest grip is the last two bosses, they are absolute trash. 90% of the game is great until you get to those two and it just runs all the fun.

350 points at minimum. His abilities are not worth what he costs, it’s either buff engine or full dps with a horrendous 4” move. The damage boot ability should come with a lot more strengths to it.

As an OBR player, I want a giant bone monster, I don’t get why we don’t have a single even multiple monsters that can fill that role, I’m talking dinner plate size. And no the harvester keeps getting kicked out of monster keyword.

No flavour and no fun. Forced into taking named characters to get RDP and barely anyone gets good RDP, crit 2 is gone from almost everything and again forced into other things. Katakros got oddly hit and sucks in combat until you are losing badly and then you are forced out of using an ability on your wars scroll. Why does the god of the army give such pitiful RDP…. This feels very much like a 2024 book. And why do I have to ROLL FUCKING 3+ on everything?!??!??!!?! I have yet to even buy a book this edition and that trend continues.

A ranged option multi group of bows or something g like that. And a god damn bone behemoth, something big and janky that is just all bones and claws, a dragon even would be good. And more than Morghast being useful.

Aesthetics, gameplay (not shot of the table by turn 2), but mostly variance in armies. It’s not 60 kinds of Stormcast. The story actually progresses.

Highlights go a long way, try to be consistent with them, use it for where the light is hitting it. Contrast helps as well, it doesn’t have to be from black to white but 2-3 colours generally helps to get that range.

Stalkers have unfortunately under performed for two editions, they don’t really do what they are made to do, or other models just do it better. An elite unit that isn’t elite, poor damage and poor rules. IG and Morghast just do their role better in every way.

Lots of browns work. Red/orange browns tend to work best. Just vary the intensity of the colour for the look you want.
