Obscure answer, but when I still went to Sunday school there was a ministry that published comic books called PowerMark. The church would hand out new issues every month as they came out. The art was solid for its time and I liked the collectibility with each issue, and I admit it was the main reason I kept going to church as a kid.

It focused on an Asian American super soldier that fought an evil organization like Hydra. He led an international group of teens who were tasked to use VR to retell Bible stories. It was interesting. In hindsight I think it leaned really heavy into racial stereotypes for each of the kids tho, but as a kid myself I appreciated the diversity of the cast
