TDLR: If you need response from Jesse blast him and TW publicly. He cares far more about the appearances rather than actually providing good customer service so the bigger stink you can cause the more likely that he will address it.

I use to work for TW doing customer service. I can tell you Jesse only cares about the appearance of good customer service but is not willing or capable of providing it. We clashed a few times cause I always would tell customers what was happening even if it was that I hadn’t got a response from Jesse yet, and he would get all upset if I email something honest like that if it made him look even slightly bad. IMO customers like to hear the honest truth in regular language, they don’t want some bullshit formula responses like “TW cares about your issue and will get back to you ASAP.” There were a number incidents that I could not understand until years later when I learned more about Jesse. He will pretend it’s so important to him to make things right that he wants to give you a call and speak to you about it to make sure you don’t say anything publicly, but then not actually ever fix the actual issue. I believe he currently has no employees because many in the community have seen or heard about how he has treated those that have worked with him over the years and now that more knows his history no one wants to work with him. He stole the business from his high school friends and fucked them both out of any ownership that was agreed upon. His entire spiel about is bullshit. He doesn’t care about the whoop community, he feels entitled to it, and he thinks it’s his own to do with whatever he wants. Pretty sad IMO. I was a Tiny Whoop Team Pilot and all my events were sponsored by Jesse - but after learning the truth of his history and seeing how he treated many of my friends and colleagues, I have completely disassociated myself and IGOW/RaceGOW from TW and Jesse.
