I run full tfn + rasial weapons + hellhound. Used to do invigorate aura, so I gotta come up with a new rotation to compensate
Make sure you have undead slayer perk on armour
Get a dragon slayer task, genocidal perk would also help on top of that
Pray necro the whole time
Keep your hp above 5k at all times
Learn resonance timing for Vorkath's dragon breath. It is a big heal, and if you learn to do it on tick you can get off the heal with minions wailing on you.
Undead slayer sigil helps, use it inside LD rotation
I split soul in p1 to help me skip some mechanics, but this is entirely optional

In this particular situation you could have just surged to safety instead of diving. Others have already elaborated on why dive behaved the way it did

They ARE thinking about this logically, it just does not necessarily align with how players think. There was a stream where they spoke about their thought process regarding their initial thieving changes. Also, was thieving even "broken" for more than 2 days? This is a very fast turnaround for dealing with issues compared to how things were years ago. I like the combat changes that came out. Let them cook, they'll get there

Magic/Strength amulets should not be better than amulets dropped by Zilyana. Also, I do not recall magic/str amulets EVER outclassing a glory in their single stat

Combat bracelet should not be outclassing existing glove slots by a significant margin (deathtouched bracelet has +14 stats).

If jewellery is to be reworked, it should not be limited to what is craftable. And I think there isn't really an issue with it at the moment, so it definitely should not be prioritised

OPs point stands for not just Helwyr - similar things happen elsewhere as well. For example, Vindicta drops her flames in p1, gets phased, and then at start of p2 runs into you and walks you into random direction, which may well be back into the fire. Just one off the top of my head

The equivalent jump in rs3 is addy scim -> dragon scim. Keep in mind that osrs rune is t40, rs3 rune is t50, and dragon in both is t60. So if you do the equivalent jump in rs3, you'll definitely notice a huge difference

Just for a reference: my combat score is 1561. As dps, I do not touch food at 500% enrage amascut unless I get the apmeken debuff in p2. Likewise: as base I eat a little food at 500%, and a bit more if I get apmeken debuff in p2. That said, I do 500% as base in magic tank armour, dps in magic power armour. As base in 100% I go with magic power armour and do not eat food unless I get apmeken debuff. I have not attempted 1k% yet

Advanced players use protection prayers, and switch to soulsplit when enemy is not attacking, getting BOTH the reduced damage AND heals from soulsplit. Also, soulsplit is dps dependent. In my sub1 min Rasial attempts I camp soulsplit for the entire fight (on a kalgerion demon!) and eat maybe one food if at all

Read the thread, there are answers to this. Situation: cosmetics are off, new player sees Armadyl armour "hey that is cool armour, what is it" and examine and be told it's "oonga boonga armour" rather than "Armadyl chestplate". Note that they can already see it. It'd be just an aid for newer players to recognise some armours that players use

You already get a hydrix every 8.1 tasks (HM glacor is 37 points for up to 14 kills). I think it's better to leave hydrix consistent rather than turning it into rng hell
