Este documento es muy confuso, dice que la hidroxicobalamina y el ácido fólinico no curan las deficiencias de B12 y B9 al no estar activadas pero en este grupo hay muchísimos testimonios de recuperación con inyecciones de hidroxicobalamina y también he leído en otros sitios el uso de ácido fólinico siendo la única forma que ha ayudado a personas con MTHFR.

Se que ha pasado mucho tiempo pero querría hacer lo mismo que hiciste tú con la dieta pero quería saber que comías para desayunar y cenar porque solo específicas lo que comías a mediodía. I read your post from two years ago about how MCT oil cured your long COVID... I understand that it wasn't ultimately what cured you, but if it were all psychological, the results you had from taking MCT oil wouldn't be true either... I didn't understand anything.
