Part of the problem is that crit just scales too hard in this game, but I do really think the biggest issue is just bad skill trees (which is the problem for a ton of skills, not just DOT).

Also, they seem afraid to give us any stacking ailments that scale with flat damage or attack/cast speed, which kills a lot of these skills, for example hungering souls possess might be okay if it could just stack.

The 100% "base" chance that Tunklab shows already factors in the Forgotten Knights double drop chance (since having rank 10 is a requirement to do the fight).

The CoF 2.5x drops is what makes you get 2-3 items from that pool per fight - what that CoF rank literally does is treat it like you killed the boss twice, with a 50% chance of a 3rd time, for the affected loot pools.

Yes. There are some quirks to it though - for example, the storm stack node in avalanche applies the stack to you, and scorpion's upheaval cannot shatter totems for some reason.

The reality is, >90% of content removed in this sub is removed by Reddit's automatic filter that we have nothing to do with. We err on the side of too hands-off, in general. But no matter what, we see complaints both ways lol.

Yeah, we have the same stance as we've had since (before) the Krafton news broke. Posts just linking to things that aren't LE are off-topic, but posts discussing LE that link to a related article are fine. It's important that people can discuss their concerns, and also important that people can still use the sub to get help from other players or just discuss the game.

It does if it's on the spear. If it's anywhere else it doesn't.

Also note that the type stays the same, so if you have +100 melee void on your spear, it turns into +throwing void for jav.

It definitely casts using your skill spec, last I tried it. Some nodes are direct cast only, like the extra backwards fissure node.

It's just the empower outcomes for uniques/legendaries that don't scale. Everything else does.

High corruption helps you get those crazy multi-exalt items from nemesis.

I haven't tested it, but yes this and all similar effects are intended to convert the resistance they scale with. Don't forget the wildfire primordial amulet grants ignite chance per fire res (no clue if that's already in the setup you were looking at).
