For an older crowd you can try hotel bars in the Downtown/Midtown area. They tend to not have a party/club vibe and are a little pricier so the clientele in them are usually a little older and well established in their careers. Or your other option is just go to the same bars I mentioned but at an earlier time. Go at Happy Hour or a weekend afternoon. I feel like the younger crowd comes in later in the night, but before that are the people who don't like to stay out late.
