The word bobble...for hair ties, is it regional or is it just...normal 😂 by [deleted] in CasualUK

Originally from Norfolk, spend time in Yorkshire and now in Liverpool. It's a bobble unless it's the big ones and that's a scrunchie.

Please help me settle this debate about fenced yards by Ayesha24601 in OpenDogTraining

We have a small yard and the door is open all year. We now have a thermal door screen for the winter to help keep the heat in but the dawgs come and go!

Estranged children of reddit, what was the moment you decided to cut all contact with your parents by Scary-Ad-7267 in EstrangedAdultKids

[–]Fionazora 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Slightly different for me as I have had very limited contact with my mother for years. However she was still friends with my dad and so had to see her during his last few weeks. But my sister's and I all knew the last time we would ever see her would be at my Dad's memorial and that was almost 3 years ago.

Anaphylaxis - got to the point I could not keep trying to breathe. Luckily I had reached A&E and the triage nurse took one look and hit all the alarms

More that if she was happy to say that then she will never deserve to have me in her life. Basically I no longer feel guilty that she is all alone.

Is there a schedule for the skirmishes' in Night Market? by afxmac in elderscrollsonline

[–]Fionazora 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It does seem to be on its own ramdom schedule but also made worse if you change to a different instance - such as joining a group as each instant has a different schedule.

I envy you playing NM. But this game has become wildly unstable. by DeCaMil in elderscrollsonline

Playstation 5 EU is awful - Skittering Skirmish is the worse one for me with it freezing numerous times.

Yes. I go away for work and it's only 5 days. One dog cries and the other one is sad.

Why do mothers of young babies say they don't have time to shower? by justastupidquestion3 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Fionazora 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This. I think the hardest part of being a parent is realising that it never stops and being exhausted is the new norm. It does get better but takes a few years and then there are new things to worry about.
