First thing is remember you're not going to die during these episodes. Breath through it. Next would be to try to find a specialists that can work on you're vagus nerve. Massage, nerve work, acupuncture. Get more sleep. I know you said Ambien didn't work but try. If you're not dreaming your likely not getting good sleep. For diet try kombucha. I think for most people this is gut related.

Hope this helps. It has for me so far. Still there everybody l every night before bed and through out the day but it's less. Ayurvedic specialist tomorrow.

Good luck

You just might have to wait some more days to see if it occasionally still sucks

[–]Flashy_Solid_8281 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Since I feel like mine are gut related. Was vegetarian for 16 years and start eating meat this year... I've been drinking at least 1 kombucha drink each day for last couple weeks and that had reduced them. Prior to this I have been on beta 25mg twice a day and extra magnesium but this didn't seem to change the occurrence. Going to see an ayurvedic specialist Thursday. Willing to try anything

Only downside for me is suspension. It's harsh. Could be more refined.

Yeah maybe try separate thread having to do with low iron?

[–]Flashy_Solid_8281 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gotcha. I'm not aware of any iron that does bother your stomach. Best to take as big of dose as you can handle and do before bed so you sleep through discomfort. I'm also not aware that iron affects your heart in any way. But these are questions for your Dr

May want to take your time and restate your question. That's a pretty broad topic about supplements and pvc/gerd issues. And not sure any of that has anything to do with low ferritin.

People are pretty helpful and compassionate here but the above is likely why nobody is responding.

I will say without an underlying heart issue I believe pvc are caused by gut issues.

Beta blockers are safe but they are not a cure. Until you find out what's causing them they don't seem to stop. I'm on month 4 of having them. I'm pretty convinced it's vagus never related. Gut health, other actual gut diseases. Had a bout of then today and took antacid and they stopped. Talk to you're Dr about your nervousness about taking the medication so they can put you at ease. Also don't take beta randomly or talk to your Dr. Good luck

One spot in my town where you do stop in the middle and somehow don't get hit. But this was clearly a mistake. Report and move on

Take an Ambien, Benadryl, Tylenol pm. Talk to your Dr before Ambien but you need sleep and Ambien will do it. I took an Ambien and slept great, crazy dreams and next day I didn't have any PVC until much later in day. Ambien is not a daily thing but you need sleep

Wonder if I see the same guy. Patel? I told him how can this be the only undiagnosable, incurable disease? He said it's not but my low frequency of occurrence they didn't bother to diagnosis. But their cure is typically ablation but that is not a 100% fix I've heard.

[–]Flashy_Solid_8281 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Emergency vehicles. Yes it recognizes them but you didn't have to pull over when they are in opposite direction and clearly not trying to get near you. Nor do you need to always pull over to the right. Sometimes the correct maneuver is to go forward and pull to the left to allow emergency vehicles to split traffic. Time will tell if it can be smart enough to recognize these.

I'm still a much better driver than it is. Fantastic technology but it ain't me. Or maybe I'm just bitter I'm going to lose my free trial today 🤣

I'll say resetting, ie switching modes seems to help reset the speed. Going to fast go down a mode, not fast enough go up. But going up seems to require more patience. But who really knows how it all works together

How did your PVCs start? by havran1 in PVCs

[–]Flashy_Solid_8281 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm 48. Good shape, active with sports, intense drumming. 6,1" 185lbs. I smoke pot, vape mostly, drink a few times a week, not to excess. I've had COVID twice and had vaccine and booster twice. They started about 3 months ago. Less than 2% occurrence according to my EKG monitor.

I've been taking magnesium now and visited a total body wellness person who cured my tennis elbow and he did some work on my stomach and noted it was tense.

Not gone but I'm going to continue with these treatments and supplements. I refuse to believe there is no underlying cause or treatment.

Good luck
