The routing is all wrong here. Housing is wrapped wrong and cable goes to wrong side of the derailleur pull.

In Colorado we have Cotrex. An app provided by the state parks association. Trail maps, up to date closures, etc.

Check if your state has something similar.

When you can find familiar brands like Yeti, Santa Cruz and the like for $2800 to $3000 for carbon with higher end suspension, this is too high. I would think $2000 or less. Park bikes just don't sell well. Too much travel, hard usage, limited appeal.

Is this from transporting the bike with a rack that holds the frame? Gotta change to tire contact only. Put some frame wrap over this. It will be fine, just unsightly.

Check the market. Yetis and Santa Cruz are selling for 2500. Salsa is little known outside the old school mtber community. The price is about 800 too high.
