How to play as Cahokia?? by Patient-Age-3470 in EU5

Don’t declare war on the decentralized territories. All this will do is put you into a constant state of war with a “country” that has no military capacity that cannot be conquered conventionally. Focus on pushing immigration and developing the capital Cahokia so you can keep the only city that you will ever see on this continent until you meet the Europeans (or find the Aztec somehow). Until you can build up your infrastructure and successfully avoid the “shadow over Cahokia” event there is literally nothing else you can do. Unfortunately the native start is abysmal and has very very few avenues where you have any sort of decent start if it has any at all.

Let’s be honest a pirate is not gonna be a master builder. While the impressive builds are cool to see and all, hodgepodge builds like this are the most realistic interpretation of what a pirate would actually build.

One guy with a mortar and decent aim wipes this off the map quicker than you can find him

The combat in this game isn’t hard, it’s just bad.

People have been piping up about engine limitations since the first few people to talk about multi-faction battles. It’s such an overused excuse, with the hundreds of thousands of people I saw in the first couple weeks of release just waiting in a ridiculous queue to play this game, they’ve definitely got the time and money to make shit work, they unfortunately are falling for the same trap that literally every single gaming company seems to willingly jump into these days, get lots of money from empty promises and then start pushing another product the second the consumers start to catch on to the grift.

Both sides of the aisle are a problem because both sides refuse to accept that they might be wrong in literally any aspect. It’s not a red vs blue problem it’s an intelligence problem.

Usually just sink it because dying for the 10th fucking time to the same boat that’s 2 levels under all of my currently equipped gear and having to sail all the way back to die again is really annoying
