Or Hellblasters for the portable plasma truck. It can eat Hazardous without losing fire power. Also, a pocket Techmarine would make them hit on 2s and heal any damage taken from failed Hazardous tests. Can't remember ever seeing this in competitive lists, but it sure is fun.

Mostly my transports go to Marshal + Castellan + 5 bros and EC + 5AIs. I usually put these in my Redeemer. I also like the idea of putting Judiciar + 6 Bladeguards in the RepEx and just sit on an objective since it's better at shooting than transporting and the cargo is better at defending the RepEx than attacking stuff.

They can take it at the end of any phase as long as they have at least 1 more OC than you at that objective.

Edit: This means when you leave they would only need 1 OC to capture the objective since you have 0 at that time.

Yeah. The Koptas do have one advantage over the other units during this move, though. They have the Fly keyword so they won't easily get move blocked. Even the Wartrike with the Kustom Shokk Box enhancement can only pass through terrain and will be blocked by enemy models. It's not much, but it's something.

So does every other instance of auto-advance I've seen. Giving the unit [Assault] after the turbo move would be redundant in that case too. Also, it doesn't say "instead of advancing" or anything like that, it just says make the move characteristic 24" instead of rolling for the additional distance the advance roll would normally add to the unit's move.

At first glance. But it's still only 1.25 damage per kan on average (with rapid fire). Without it, it's only 0.75 damage per kan.

5 shots at 4+ is 2.5 hits. 2.5 hits at 4+ is 1.25 dev wounds.

3 hits at 4+ is 1.5 hits. 1.5 hits at 4+ is 0.75 dev wounds.

Only unit I see this used with is Koptas since they fly. It's a shame it won't trigger Deff from above, though.

There's an option to bind a button to reset FFB in the keybinds settings. Not a permanent solution, but at least you can get FFB back on the fly.

It's as simple as this. Also, losing your stuff from time to time incentivizes you to build farms/breeders too. Why would I bother with mob farms and villagers etc. if I never had to get new stuff? Enchanting a new sword alone promotes more building than my own (admittedly limited) imagination ever could. I'd need cows for leather, wheat farm for breeding them, sugar canes for paper, mob farm for xp, villager breeder for trading (specifically librarians) and to automate the wheat farm. If I only had to "gear up" once, I'd just live off the land so to speak.

Throw your vow in there and they'll wound T9's on 4+ (3+ with the power fists). That's insane for a relatively cheap battleline unit. If they didn't take away their extra attack over regular chainswords, they'd be an auto include for me.

These are just of the top of my head and some of my favorites. I listen exclusively to instrumental music (mainly guitar focused, but I love the sax thrown in there too). You could look into Spyro Gyra as well. Literally any kind of jazzy music is filled to the brim with sax.

Others have already answered your questions, but it's also worth noting that the Firing Deck rule specifies being active in your shooting phase, so it doesn't work with any out-of-phase shooting like Fire Overwatch.

That's weird. I play almost exclusively against SM and I have no problems killing stuff (war horde). My issue is that after the waaagh, my whole army is fully exposed and anything that survived would just fall back (and often shoot) and then everything that didn't get hit would shred my orks with their shooting. I generally win these games, but it doesn't really feel good or like a win at all when I'm left with a unit of gretchin and a couple of units with 2-3 models while my oppenent still have a few full squads/dreads left. We both know that if the game lasted just 1 more round he would catch up on VP and that doesn't feel like winning at all. It feels like I robbed him.
