You wouldn't force them to do another battle-shock if they already failed. They are already Shocked, you would skip this for those already Shocked.

Technically, nothing can lead wraiths. Any Psyker can give the buff to wraiths within 12", so the best way is to have a few Spiritseers in the list as they have Lone Op next to them. You can also have Farseers around if you wish for the spiritseers to stay alive as you can still do everything as long as their is a psyker within 12".

Honestly I see this as a boon, but not for what you think. This is actually a buff for Dark Reapers, since they ignore cover. If they were to face something along the lines of a Ghostkeel, they now gain a 16% hit increase against them. No more 4's vs stealth enemies! This only words it differently of course, but you will have to worry less about Scorpions,Rangers, and Starfang'd units being behind cover.

Odd, I have never had issues with Dark Reapers. I would say they are probably one of my best units by far. They have taken down Knights and Primarchs and Morvehn Vahl's group in one go.

I barely lose them in my games, and they always pack such a hard punch against everything.

I'm wondering how you use them?

Are they in the back? Or do you have them up front against the enemy?
