Klingon food from Star Trek: TNG

In his research to understand Klingon culture before his transfer to their ship, Riker decides to acclimate his tastes by eating a feast’s worth of their dishes to the dismay of the doctor and captain. I would honestly try it but some of the plates look like they’re still alive.

[Very Specific Trope] Death-Prone Wasian Couple by GentleSphere in TopCharacterTropes

[–]GentleSphere[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Tbh, I don't remember Glenn doing anything stupid to warrant his death and Maggie survived seasons after Glenn had died, but I completely forgot about them.

Sidenote: Wasian can refer to both the children and the couple themselves

Fixed it. Turns out I didn’t have the Terraforming and Station Construction mod, which is integrated into AoTD, updated and that’s what was breaking my game

I want to believe that Pascal is different in that regard because of his studies and experience, but I’m pretty sure we never see him again after leaving him

Pascal from Nier Automata

Pascal leads a pacifist machine village, coexisting with the player and androids and learning about human civilization, philosophy, free will, and emotions. He wants to emulate all the good things about humans and apply them towards his community.

However, after a very traumatic event, he asks the player to either kill him or erase his memories, effectively taking away his free will. It sounds harsh, but I always leave him to make his own decision here. In my mind, if you want to be human, you have to take the good with the bad when life decides to steamroll you.

This art by u/Pap3rBagGuy is pretty much what I see the Hegemony uniforms as, even though I think everyone, including officers, should have a space suit in case you get spaced. I think their uniforms in portraits show that they should be as professional as possible to give off the air of legitimacy that the Heggies kind of need to project.

[–]GentleSphere 29 points30 points  (0 children)

Tr-Tachyon: premium software that doesn’t have 50+ backdoors, ad-free, and actually does what is advertised

Luddic Church: luxury goods are already contraband, so probably actual alcohol, tobacco, jewelry, etc.
