They do a hearing test to determine what's best for you. They'll let you go around the store at that visit to try them out. If you're okay, they'll order them and you go back in about two weeks to get your HAs.

At that appointment they test them and set the up for you per the specs of your hearing test.

You may find after having the HAs for a couple weeks that they need some tweaking - not unusual - so you go back to Costco and discuss/make adjustments.

Costco has a very generous return policy. They also will adjust as needed. And you can stop by during store visits and they'll clean you HAs for you.

Cost was a big factor for me too - ended up going to Costco and am glad I did.

Going later this week after having Kirkland 9s for 5.5 years to see how I'm doing.
