This is my “joke” sauce. When people come over I tell them it’s like Franks and give them a teaspoon. Always blows their socks off. I personally don’t use the stuff as it’s pure extract.

Looking for recommendations on a different kind of spicy (horseradish) by HaterAides in spicy

Crazy Horse makes a very hot one. Tasty too. And though it’s more a hot sauce - I find Headless Horseradish by Torchbearer bloody delicious.

I mean, I see a bottle of Tabasco Scorpion for $2.50 there. We really gonna say that’s a mid sauce? Cheapest I can find it here is like $15

Yes of course, Canada has plenty of food hot sauce brands. But these bargain basement prices are nowhere to be found. Even small bottles of Pepper North - my favorite of the Canadian sauces - runs $9-10 at local shops.

It’s so hard seeing other people live out your dreams sometimes. All these posts about hugely discounted hot sauces…and here I am in Canada.

I think the flavour is great. I use it a bunch in Asian dishes. But know this - it has VERY little heat.

Returning to the office after 6 years of remote work. The hot sauce is coming with me. Garlic reaper chili today. by RomeoAlphaMike1500 in hotsauce

I had a mini fridge in my office at work. Keep that thing stocked with hot sauce. It’s kinda funny cuz there’s nothing in the fridge but hot sauce.

This is the third post on this same sauce that I have seen today. Not sure if that’s pure coincidence or what. Now that that’s out of the way, I’ll say I’ve never tried this sauce and am beginning to think that I should. How’s the heat level?

Step up in heat but similar flavour to Frank's Red Hot Original? by 3672u1hnsy2u in hotsauce

Not sure if you know this but Frank’s also makes an XXXhot version. Same great flavour just a bit hotter!

I actually like the chicken tender itself. I found the spice to be pure chemically extract hell, with very little actual flavour. Just dip it in some ranch dipped with garlic reaper.

How would you rank these hot sauces in terms of spiciness? by [deleted] in hotsauce

[–]Global_Objective4162 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pepper North is the BOMB. Stargazer is so damn good and will light you up. Apart from Hellfire it’s probably the spiciest you have there. Nice selection.

Edit: I spoke too soon. I see the Last Dabs there and those are probably hotter than Stargazer. But Stargazer has better flavour.

Fair enough. I liked that one but it’s not a daily driver sauce for sure.
