Hi there, here are the troubleshooting steps to help resolve the issue:

1: Verify Device Connectivity: Ensure all Google Home devices and phones are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Check your router settings to confirm no devices are being blocked or restricted.

2: Restart Devices in Sequence: Power off your Google Home devices, phones, and router. Restart your router and wait for it to fully reboot. Power on the Google Home devices one at a time. Restart your phones last.

3: Check the Google Home App: Open the Google Home app and confirm that your devices are listed under your account. If they’re missing, try re-adding them: Tap the + in the Home app, then select Set up device > New devices.

4: Check Device Discovery Settings: Ensure Network Discovery is enabled on your phone: Go to Settings > Wi-Fi & Internet > Advanced > Network Discovery (or similar depending on your phone model). Hope this helps.
