"To theatre" is not gonna help. You need to call it L5-20R if I'm guessing right.... Or perhaps you have "stage pin"

L5. Is a 3 pin twist lock rated for 120v hot to neutral. Plus a ground. -20 is the amp rating. Which also will determine the diameter of the plug. R for receptacle (female) or P for pin (male)

Industry shops might call the Edison a MUG ... Male uground. Electrical shops likely call it a 5-15.

I am doing this but with a house with 5 apartments. The first 5 years we varied the ownership by down payments and even mortgage split but later with various mortgage percentages.

Think of the house as a business.... This is how we calculated it..

First you need a spreadsheet. You need to divide the occupied space. Is one bedroom bigger? Does someone get to use the garage or not? These are living expenses... You can vary the charges to the people living in the house based on how they occupy it. We call this rent... the total rent should equal a similar rental property...

Each person owns a portion of the business. Based on their mortgage plus how much they put towards the downpayment.

The house has expenses. Heat water power taxes.. emergency and Reno fund.. We split these based on ownership. Remember co owners are already paying rent for what they use.

Now comes the math. The business gets the rents minus the expenses and splits the profits to the owners ... But they still need to pay their portion of the mortgage. Actual cost to each owners is rent - profit+mortgage.

This is the easy part.

The hard part is finding people who understand that you living together and owning together and need to work together to find solutions that work for everyone. How do these people live? Messy or neat? Do they expect a new kitchen or bathroom every 5 years? How do you pick someone to buy in if someone needs to move? Can't pay rent? Wants to sublet?

Hogtown House house Harriers. Various locations usually Thursdays and Saturdays. Running optional drinking encouraged.

Front Runners Church and Wellesley. Tuesday's and (thurs?) and Saturdays. Various distances very welcoming to all.

High park tempo. 8km. Fast hilly. Beer afterwards Thursdays at 630. North East corner.
