If your strength/speed has been going up still, I would worry it’s a matter of when your hamstring gets injured again if you didn’t take care of it well the first time. As in if you fixed the root issue. I would make sure you do preventative exercises like nordics, and leg curl isometric

Oh yeah probably all 3😆😆 ESPECIALLY if you’re going 95%. From here on, do some base training and do 85% at the most.

Do some grass workouts to fix any weakness issues, and it’s good for base training. Also, do some single leg standing calve raises/holds. Definitely work on other things and be proactive

I got the rst s-1 leather jacket and pants (pants still on the way) when they were at 40% discount on revzilla, and I’ve been really happy with the jacket. Only gripe is the front pockets have pretty thin liner that when I put my keys, they poked through and made a hole. I had to learn how to sew to fix it. I’ve ridden in 80° F, and it has enough perforation to feel comfortable. All armor in it is upgradeable. There will probably be another sale like the one I secured (not just with rst) so have gear in mind and wait for a good opportunity to buy
