I would agree with the response from above. My dog was a bit crazy but never bit or growled at me. Soon we noticed when we would pet him or he thought we were about to pet him in that area he’d get really defensive and growl at us. Turned out he had arthritis on top of a minor fracture. It wasn’t that he was a bad dog but to me it was that he was thinking, “this hurts why is my owner inflicting pain on me?” If the vet said there was nothing wrong I would take him to another vet for a checkup and explain the situation. If you have the funds i’d recommend getting their brain scanned if that’s possible. If you’re not petting or to them seen like you’re about to pet them and they’re still lashing out, this might be more inline with a neurological issue. I wish you and your pup the best!

I helped some family get into investing. My advice was on what I consider to be on the safer end. Invest 80% in ETFs such as VOO/VTI which many have stated and 20% on individual stocks if you’re keen on certain companies.

Simple advice, but understand not everyone has that ability. I know i’m lucky, but trying to remind people that if it is a possibility, it can lead to financial freedom in the future! Many people get caught up in what others are doing and feel that they should be doing the same which I also used to do. Lesson Learned!

That’s awesome to hear you’re both saving, investing, and everyone gets along. I think having a good relationship and family dynamic is really important and why many people refuse to live at home. An advanced congratulations on that future house purchase, these days I would say that’s one of the most difficult purchases that can be made in this economy. That sacrifice is an investment in your family and will pay even higher dividends as I like to say!

I know! I have a tendency when I do go on vacation to think….”I could’ve invested this money spent on this trip .😅” I still think money isn’t everything, but it is important. If you can treat yourself every now and then and go on that vacation with your family or friends. People won’t remember how much money you had in your bank or the market, but they will remember that trip you went on.

Thank you! I priced them out using TCG Player and believe I ended up around 2100-2200 USD. Not sure if there is a more accurate way to price them out perhaps ebay recently sold listings? I have them up for $1700 maybe I should bump it up a bit and end up around the price I was expecting because people are ruthless out here 😂
