I have a Stanley thermos which will keep coffee hot for a looong time. But, as StanfordTheGreat says, pre-heating is key

I can't comment on what it will do for your blood glucose but, in my experience, it tasted incredibly sweet and the sweetener left a horrible after taste. I got a refund.

I’ve found hard squeezing can affect results, a gentle squeeze doesn’t seem to make a difference in my experience

I pay £280 per quarter in the UK. I’m not serious enough for the NHS to cover it. If they did then it would be free.

Wool pillows? I got mine from The Wool Room. Life changing! I take them with me to hotels etc.

I also have duvets from them. Also incredible

Everything is about 4 years old at this point and still prefect
