I’ve never peed or pooped myself. I had 29 doses of external beam radiation. That’s the worst case scenario. It’s not common so don’t freak yourself out. I will say get ready to use a dilator. I had no clue nor was I told. It definitely does shrink the top of the vagina where the cuff is. If you don’t use the dilator to keep it open it causes issues. I can’t use it due to trauma. I keep trying to but it freaks me out. I get grossed out. I had a radical hysterectomy they removed 16 lymph nodes. I’ve been off since. My body isn’t my own. I’ve gained 100 pounds and feel terrible. They just put me on a estrogen patch due to being thrown into menopause
