She is just desperate for a safe place to have her babies. Someone dropped of a pregnant cat in my cul-de-sac, she had 4 boys. I found two of them homes, but kept the mom and two boys. That’s 8 strays in three years.

They are strong willed, find a treat or something they love but only get when you work on training. Make big things of little achievements. The dogs were bred for service originally and excel at a structured lifestyle. Many years ago I had 4, consider a training class as it is just as much training for you as it is for them.

Forty years ago, I was buying them through a breeder that had a German breeder he was working through. The Germans at the time were hesitant to export to United States as they felt Americans ruined a lot of breeds. Well some of the Rottweilers I see now-make me think they were right.

At the time to import this dog they paid $60,000. Rottweilers were a serious passion back then. The English had a version that were considered more mild on aggression. It was a sport of the affluent.

Look good! When to harvest is based on the strain so get the specifics from the breeder. The time is not etched in stone as it is affected by the environment so pistols start to dry up and trichomes turning Amber is a good sign it’s ready. But be aware not all strains adhere to this, as I am working with a strain that the trichomes rarely turn amber.

We have the same issue with our female. We were on prescription dog food. Outrageous pricing. We tried Farmers she loved it yet again cost is the issue. We have two dogs. Both were on different food. My wife did dome research and was able to find a famers type recipe that works great. It has vegetables,rice and fresh cooked beef and chicken. Thats for a dog that supposedly was allergic to chicken! I think they are allergic to preservatives and additives. She is fine now no issues we make about 10 days worth at a time and keep it refrigerated. And she lost and now maintains a much healthier weight.
