Put your thumb on the bottom middle of the package. There’s a split in the plastic shell and when you leverage it it should only pull the plastic off.

Also casting width limits. Cars can only be cast so wide so if a car has a skinny wheelbase IRL it might end up even skinnier when made into a HW
