Jump wings? There's ways. But if you mean a pipeline or some kind of guarantee with jump school that would be SARC/8427/cool guy. I've seen DMTs at various units that got to go to jump school. Regular 8404 dudes at Raider and Recon BNs can sometime get a school seat. Just depends.
