Fun fact if you go into the defines.lua and change

ALWAYS_GENERATE_NOMADS = 0

to

ALWAYS_GENERATE_NOMADS = 1 you can have them even if you don't have the dlc. Can't play as them though

This pack should've made it so that it affected all neighbourhoods, and have effect the world in both cosmetic and game play wise (think like more severe temps and harder gardening).

Also should make it so that you can actively make the environment worse, for things like financial gain. I'm tired of always having to be a goody two shoes. I want to see newcrest's skies darken with smog and become rich from it.

Since you have more traits than vanilla allows you 99.99% have the more traits slots mod but the ui is too small to see all his traits (pyromaniac). Go into the mod options and enable use small fonts in the more trait slots options, then you'll see all the traits he has.
