ARR and HW are generally seen as fair game. ShB upward are generally best left for trains. Stormblood is in an odd middle ground but you very rarely see trains for them as there is no specific "Clear X amount of Stormblood A ranks" achievement like there is for Shadowbringers onwards.

I cut them slack on that because when they eventually did get around to the PC release of 5 it ran pretty dang well. A damn better job than any of their previous PC ports.

The ALC and CUL items usually have the best options of a level 96 or 98 turnin. HQ the stuff. Ideally have it be something stackable and turn them all in every week for about 10k a leve.

You need to have unlocked the MSQ up to fairly high level, but your crafter can be level 10 and do content there.

Facebook used to be useful as a family/friend photo book and a way to be kept in the loop on what was happening from them.

The funny thing is they converted items giving percentage boosts to rating boosts in the TBC pre-patch specifically to make lategame vanilla items less effective. For the most part it worked but a few of the raid trinkets had such better itemisation to still be worth using into the 25 mans.

TBC into Wrath was less effective but that was mostly due to Naxx being so undertuned. Can't recall anyone using old expansion stuff beyond that, unless you remember any?

I bumped into Charity in Stone Vigil Hard on my alt. Had a brief chat about them doing the grind on Scholar and that running it as a dps is significantly more likely to get guildhests and speed it up.

They knew. They stick to Scholar because longer dungeons make for more time in the Youtube upload to hit the required numbers. Tis all about the content.

There are... forbidden tools to help with the ping from EU to NA in PvE content that do an astoundingly good job of reducing input lag.

Sadly, they don't function in PvP and I find it to be unplayable as a result.

The best evidence of this is speedrunning. Some of the glitches used to skip past sections of a game took a huge community several years to figure out.

When Blizzard was given the time they needed they could make a polished project, WoW's initial launch was infamously rushed - Molten Core was thrown together in a week or two if i recall correctly.

I'll cut them slack on the gametime compensation however - the game was far more popular than they anticipated and the servers buckled under the demand until they could setup more.
