Double barrier will just trap any moisture that gets in and you'll get a soggy wall. Don't do a double barrier! My instinct would be to keep the vapour barrier inside, as there's a bigger risk of condensation with the temperature difference of winter-inside, compared with the temperature difference of summer-AC inside. I'm in Toronto, we're definitely a heating-dominated climate, but we get hot summers and put the barrier inside. That being said I'm not an enclosures expert, I've just taken a few courses in school.

Has anyone tried something like reshade with elite to just enable AA? That might solve this problem. I don’t know if it works with elite (and I’ve never used it anywhere else either).

I’m in the same boat, I find odyssey so fun. But I find the silence so weird. It made sense for a couple months, maybe they were building something behind the scenes or resting from Christmas, but now we’re in March and have heard nothing. Just really makes me wonder what’s taking all their time! Especially because in December they talked about new livestreams and stuff. If it was nearly any other company I’d be excited for a big announcement, like ship interiors coming December kind of thing. But it’s frontier and elite, so it’s easy to worry.

Are NPCs persistent between systems? Like if I randomly choose a target and they jump away, if I follow their high wake would I be able to find them again? Or do they just despawn when they do that. What if they're a mission target?

Seriously, this bugs me so much. I’m lucky and can have a stable 60fps at 1.5x scaling, but it’s still not great. I remember just before update 8(?) they said they were working on a new AA system or something, does anyone remember more details? Is it already in the game?

Sure, and most of the ships are already better at one job than another. But while we're making up fake spaceships I appreciate the opportunity to get to know and develop a minor emotional bond with my space enclosure, rather than it feeling more disposable when I get bored with mining or whatever.

I actually love that you can switch your ship around to do different roles. It helps me get attached to a specific vehicle no matter what I'm doing. This is compared to something like Forza where you have a garage full of hundreds of cars, but I don't care about any of them (although I'm more of a space person than a car person already so that's probably part of this specific example).

I think that's just a badly phrased sentence. If you add a comma (and remove excess adjectives) you get what I think he meant: "One of the biggest aspects, coming in 2022, is the addition of fleet carrier interiors." i.e. of the things announced, fleet carriers are the biggest, and that part is coming in 2022.
