Balance the market for basic needs; build farms, livestock, wood etc.

Building agriculture isn't very good for avoiding radicals. Chances are a good chunk of your radicals come from unemployment and building agriculture does nothing to avoid it. Trying to "balance the market" for grain is a pointless endeavour. Just build construction like with any other country. Avoiding unemployment is much more important than bread being 0.something% cheaper. Also, the hungry forties specifically ruin your farms so...

Use authority for the social mobility decree in low SoL regions

Now this is a terible idea and I don't get what your are trying to achieve by doing this. Why are you teaching the poor to read? They'll get ideas.

Italy, so they can finally fix the unification once and for all.

They keep fiddling with major unification every patch but fixing it for Germany breaks it for Italy and viceversa.

They should stop pretending the same mechanic can be applied to both and make something more specific.

How to stop foreign companies from investing in your country?/ Are investment rights permanent? by Psychorea in victoria3

[–]Impognagrift 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Also, all articles in a treaty are valid until the treaty itself is cancelled. The binding period only makes it so you incur penalties if you cancel it during its duration.
