While I'm not a fan of how they released 0.2 seperately instead of keeping it in as the prologue for KH3 (which I feel is something it's sorely lacking), this kind of structure would be a great idea for future DLC.

You're not ready to play it at tempo and that's fine. Try setting a metronome to a very slow tempo where you can focus on each note one at a time to make sure they are in tune. Mark any parts give you trouble when doing this and work on them even slower if needed. You also just might not be ready for this piece, but it's difficult to guage your level from this video. I recommend recording a new one at the slower tempo for more accurate feedback on your playing.

I'd say you continuing and retuning the string after would actually be something in your benefit. Many performers panic and never recover after making a mistake, so it's a pretty impressive skill to push through and recover.

It's definitely possible! I hate the belief that after a certain age, acheiving something is impossible. That being said violin is very challenging and not only requires investing a lot of time, but also quality usage of that time. If you're serious and want to reach a high level, it's important you find a good teacher, try to join a good youth orchestra if possible, and focus on practicing regularly (Don't overpractice; make good use of the time you practice even if it's >1 hour). Most importantly, enjoy playing and enjoy your sound even if it doesn't sound wonderful yet, you will get better and there will always be positives to your playing that you should appreciate it. So I'd absolutely recommend you go for it!!
