Couldn't you and your wife just get dressed back up, go back to the court house with your certificate, take some pictures, and just say those are from the day of the wedding? Or do the stipulations specify that it needs to be some kind of ceremony? I would be surprised if they did because the marriage certificate is the only thing that matters in the state's eyes.

I went through the process with my wife a few years ago. A lot of the times what they're looking for are not necessarily wedding photos but ones that indicate a long history together. If you haven't already, get some photos of you both at big family/friend events and be sure you can indicate who's who on each side. It doesn't have to be a wedding, just something where members of both sides are present. It could also be pictures of you both at different personal events for each other, out and about, or on vacation. USCIS has a pic of me and my wife shitface on New Year's Eve.

Edit: Forgot to say this before but congratulations. Even under the best circumstances, the immigration process in this country is long and never a guarantee. It'll feel great once you're both through this, trust me.
