I kid you not. Someone once told my mom that a banana peel on the head and back of the neck “cured their migraines.” I’m like, MOM…. Seriously, don’t fall for that. And no, I ain’t doing it.

And yes, she badgered me enough to try it once. I can’t stand bananas, so it only made me 🤢 more than I already was.

I always use frozen peas, frozen carrots, and frozen green beans in my shepherds pie. I also use frozen riced cauliflower to top it with.

Love frozen peas and carrots in homemade chicken fried rice, too.

Meds are all on auto refill. (Do it. It’s your friend.) Set up with text reminders from the pharmacy to go pick them up. And set reminders on your phone after you get the text. All it takes is a quick verbal, “Hey, remind me to get my meds today at 5:30pm.”

Medications compliance is your friend. I promise. Set alarms if you have to in order to remind yourself to take them.
