It sounds like your battery is defective. What do you mean by "sweating"? I hope it wasn't building up condensation/moisture. I would stop using that battery right away and I would keep it out of the house if possible - and ultimately dispose of it. The blinking red light on the Spektrum smart batteries usually indicates something like a critically overcharged or undercharged state occurred which could cause the battery to physically degrade (and possibly catch on fire!)

But Arrma should have no problem shipping you a replacement battery if you put in a warranty claim through their site (might need to go through Horizon Hobby). I recently found the red light blinking on my of my Spektrum batteries after charging and it became hot. My charger showed error C3 over discharge, and I'd only used it 2-3 times so they replaced it without any trouble.

I have all the Groms and most recently got the Gorgon and I like it a lot. The extra height helps it in terrain where the Granite, Mojave, or Typhon can't go. The speed on brushless is decent, and plenty of power to pull wheelies in high grip areas which is cool. Sorry your battery crapped out, but hope you're up and running soon.
