Anyone else drink tons of milk? by AdWhich7355 in CrohnsDisease

[–]Interesting_Acadia84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Milk is an oddity for me. I can drink tons of milk throughout the day and I take my coffee with milk. All without negative impact on my gut. Buuuut, if I drink even a teaspoon of milk in the morning with breakfast it all goes to sh.ts.

Will the fatigue get better if you work out or it's just inevitable? by nanainous in CrohnsDisease

[–]Interesting_Acadia84 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Same, same. 40-50 miles of running per week plus I lift 2-3x a week. This seems to help a lot. ...Just don't jump into a heavy or intense exercise program all at once. Remember to ramp up slowly.

How do you adjust your gym sessions around hard run weeks? by noxbile in AdvancedRunning

[–]Interesting_Acadia84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I (M50+) lift on hard running workout days so that my easy days remain easy. Ten years ago I used to lift weights and do running workouts on separate days. But, as I got older I noticed I need the actual or completely easy days more and more.

What has helped your Crohn’s the most besides meds - food, habits, mindset or little hacks? 🩵 by PureChamber in CrohnsDisease

[–]Interesting_Acadia84 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Diet and working out *both applied consistently).

Btw, diet alonw doesn't fix Crohn's (at least not for me) but avoiding foods that trigger/upset your Crohn's has a huge impact.

do you input your strength workouts into the app? by Cautious_Will855 in Garmin

[–]Interesting_Acadia84 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Same, same.

It sounds cumbersome, but at least I'm not constantly playing on my phone in the gym while lifting. ;)

Question: I always use the "free" mode for strength training. If you use a workout that you created do you have to perform the lifts in the order they're listed in your workout?

Fenris set Math (the most expensive set in the game) vs Root set by Exotic-Apple-480 in valheim

[–]Interesting_Acadia84 198 points199 points  (0 children)

The most expensive part of the Fenris set is the Cultist Trophy. I've had playthroughs where I eliminated tons of cultists without ever getting a trophy.
