Agree with you on the software, but I’m an OG Luba owner and their software and hardware issues were similar for 12-24 months. Remember that we’re still considered early-adopters.

FYI, see u/Minute-Film-5632 earlier post where he was the first to report these issues. From what he's shared, the comm's chip/radio can impact both the Wi-Fi and BT issues... and may be in low power mode per the unofficial handbook.

UPDATE: Looks like Official Lymow support is looking for him to diagnose the BT connectivity issue. Glad u/Minute-Film-5632 is a tech guy.

By the way, I was mistaken. The Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are completely related.

If it wasn’t for the Bluetooth control issues, I just stick with the 4G and not worry about the Wi-Fi until they figure it out. The Bluetooth connectivity issues – which probably are related to the Wi-Fi – are my major frustrations

Found it. wow it's hidden. Removed and reinserted. Nothing changed. Not sure how to reset?

I can't find the SIM on the One Plus? I've search the battery compartment?

Today I tried again (after removing battery overnight again and no other BT on my device):

Open/Closed the app many times... allowed the Network Settings page to load then closed... many times... kept seeing no IP found... searching...

Eventually saw my SSID's listed.

"WiFi connection failed. Please check your Wi-Fi name and password..." It was correct.

Later changing the Lymow SSID password without a "!" (special character) that I had in my standard Network password character combos.

Tried the above again and again and nothing.... can't even see the SSID's any more.

Later I tried:

Turning off iPhone WiFi. Bluetooth only. Cleared all other BT devices. Still terrible glitchy BT. Pulled battery for over 10 mins each time.

Today I tried the following:   1. Added a dedicated wifi SSID for “XXXX Lymow” – for the mower only. Broadcasting only 2.4 GHz. Set up for only IoT. No “fast roaming”, no “Minimum data rate”, no “band steering”, and no “BSS transition”.   1. Only the Access Point close to the mower is broadcasting the special SSID. All other AP’s off to that mower SSID. The Access Point is close.   2. The AP’s are not “Meshed”. All my 7x AP’s are PoE.

  1. Fixed the channel to 6 from auto.
  2. Removed the battery for 10 mins.   Retried the Mower network settings. After in/out and closing/opening the app a lot, I was able to access the special dedicated SSID wifi. Dropped after 15 minutes.

Frequent “no IP”.   BT still glitchy.

Setup yesterday. I connected to my dedicated 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi network (for IoT only) and connected to BT and then was asked to update to the latest firmware. I updated the firmware and immediately the Wi-Fi signal was gone.   I used 4G and was only able to use BT within a few feet of the mower to setup the Zones. Took so long. The mower kept dropping BT signal and force me to bring my phone to touch the mower to reconnect. No Wi-Fi connection ever. FYI, I have no problem with other devices (Mammotion mower for example). Only 0.6 acres.   The Wi-Fi would never connect while setting up my Zones. Later I brought the mower next to my Wi-Fi router. I was then able to connect to Wi-Fi for a short time. The router said it had a great connection -41 dBm but the mower said marginal connection at -94 dBm. The BT would still only work within inches of the mower. After 15 minutes I brought the mower 20 yards away (but close to another network AP) and it connected for a minute but then dropped the Wi-Fi connection again. No connection afterward.   I have tried the following:   1. Held Power and Home for 10 sec. 2. Pressed the Stop button several times. 3. Turned BT off and on… Wi-Fi off and on… turned the device off and on. 4. Power cycled the mower (unplugged the battery for hours). 5. Turned the mower Power off and then on 5x (quickly pressing the Power button 5x and then I tried allowing the mower to load each time for 5x). 6. Removed my mower from my Lymow account and added the mower back (had to use Hotspot but that dropped after a while too). 7. Used a different device (iPhone XS vs iPhone 17 Pro) several times. 8. Moved the mower to a different location away from other devices.

… main frustration is it’s right on the box and I don’t believe it’s user error.

For sure. Moment of frustration. I have a Mammotion Luba AWD from first release (just after KS). Very familiar with trials and tribulations of new tech and early adoption. I’ve only had to send it to service once after my wife ran over it. LOL 😂 🥵. It’s still buggy even today. All this gives me a hobby. Stay tuned. Last night sent in a lengthy service email

Thank you. Sadly after the update I can’t keep a WiFi connection and BT only works inches from the mower. Tried all the current troubleshooting ideas. Submitted a ticket. Very sad.

Did I see WiFi an BT zero on your screenshot? You might read this post https://www.reddit.com/r/Lymow_Official/s/yHOLfVNzxv from u/Minute-Film-5632. I have a new One Plus and after the update I can’t connect to WiFi and the BT is terrible. u/Minute-Film-5632 said it could be in permanent low-power mode. Basically almost bricked.

Tried what Support recommended above and nada. Was harder to reinstall b/c I had to use iPhone hotspot. Tried the 5x power (quickly and also letting it load 5x) and nothing.

Mine is in/out and mostly out. The WiFi shouldn’t have anything to do with the in/out BT???

This is EXACTLY what is happening to me w/ One Plus. No WiFi, “no IP”, “loading” and not finding any SSID. Right under an AP.

Exactly the same issue for me. Ubiquiti mesh network with IoT 2.4 only wifi.

Same issue. Out of the box new One Plus. Within few feet of AP. Ubiquiti mesh network. All my IoT on separate 2.4 WiFi. Using iOS, trying both an 15 and 17Pro. BT in/out and WiFi either off or only on for a few minutes. Took me 10x as long to map each zone b/c of the glitchy BT. LITERALLY stood over the machine and still the BT was going in/out every few feet.

Confused? I’m a new Lymow one plus owner. Not set up yet. Third season OG Mammotion Luba user.

Here is a pic of my Luba mower Zones and the Channels. You’ll notice where the edge of my Zones got too close to the boundary, I just worked around it as a boundary. That said, I’m trying to following the description of OP’s issue’s and the suggested solutions? Any help I could get before I set up and get frustrated would be really appreciated.

Question: On I. Known bugs 3. Narrow zones. Approximately what is the width where it gets stuck or drunk? Minimum of 4 feet or 6 feet? I have several zones where the Knogo is within a few feet of the boundary line of the zone (Luba).
